RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Cascade Mountain Tech will accept a return or exchange of product purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase. Product must be returned unused and in original packaging. Returns made in compliance with this policy will be credited to original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping, once received to our warehouse facility. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please contact customer service for a return authorization and return shipping label.
Warranty Overview
Cascade Mountain Tech offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty on all of our products for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase to the original retail buyer. As some of our products carry longer than a one year warranty, please check your individual product documentation for more information. Our limited manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for intended uses only. In the case of a defect, will be happy to send replacement parts or product to resolve the issue. We do not warranty for misuse or unintended purposes (such as using trekking poles for skiing, using trekking poles for tent poles, or bending the poles beyond normal tolerances). Lost parts of any Cascade Mountain Tech products are not covered under our limited manufacturer’s warranty, but we do offer replacement parts so that you can continue using and enjoying your product.
Warranty Claim Process:
Cascade Mountain Tech requires each of the below to help with your warranty needs. Click here to submit a warranty claim or email: customercare@cascademountaintech.com with the subject line "Warranty Request." All warranty request emails must include:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of your product showing the issue
- Shipping address for US or Canada only
- A description of how you were using the product at the time the issue occurred.
All conditions below must be met for warranty to be valid:
- Only purchases from Cascade Mountain Tech authorized retailers will be valid.
- Product was used as intended
- Provide Proof of Purchase
- Provide picture or video of defect
Rotomolder Super Cooler Warranty:
COOLER BOX: Our five-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for intended uses only. Normal wear and tear is not covered in the warranty. In the case of a defect, will be happy to send replacement parts or product to resolve the issue. We do not warranty for misuse or unintended purposes. Lost parts of any Cascade Mountain Tech products are not covered under our limited manufacturer’s warranty, but we do offer replacement parts so that you can continue using and enjoying your product.
