Warehouse Associate | Hiring Immediately 

Pay: Full-time, DOE
Location: 8304 Bracken Pl SE | Snoqualmie, WA 98065

As CMT continues to grow, we are seeking new Warehouse Associates who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment that involves working with and around moving machinery. These are full-time positions, considered entry-level, with opportunity for growth in the Operations and Supply Chain fields. It is our intention to hire full-time employees who demonstrate a desire and capability to excel within our company through this role.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
  • Route, pick, consolidate, and pack outgoing shipments for major wholesalers and retailers, as well as direct-to-consumer daily orders.
  • Loading and unloading shipments into carrier vehicles and shipping containers.
  • Inventory rework and conversion.
  • Additional warehouse tasks and ad-hoc projects at the direction of Warehouse, Program, and Operations Managers.

Job Requirements: 

  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Associates must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Operating carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment to move large quantities of merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Operating powered industrial equipment (PIT): We provide special training to associates based on interest and availability.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize projects.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
  • Legally eligible for work in the US.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player interested in contributing to and developing new processes and efficiencies.
  • An interest in the Operations and Supply Chain space is a plus.
