Free Shipping
In order to be eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $60 you must be shipping to one of the lower 48 states*. Hawaii and Alaska are unfortunately ineligible for free shipping on orders $60 and above.
*excludes wholesale customers.
If you are eligible for free ground shipping, please provide a physical address for your delivery. We are not able to ship to PO boxes. If you have a PO box. provide the closest post office physical address and we will send your package there.
Shipping Timeline
TEMPORARY SHIPPING DELAYS
We are currently experience long delays through USPS of two weeks or longer. If your ordered products are needed in less than two weeks, we encourage you to consider expedited shipping methods. This affects both our free parts shipping and USPS Priority Mail. **Cascade Mountain Tech does not guarantee the carrier's delivery date. We will ship same day for orders placed to by 10am PST.
For orders already placed with Cascade Mountain Tech, we are shipping as normal. All orders placed by 10am PST will be shipped the same day. As stated above, orders shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail services are experiencing transit times of 2 weeks or longer right now. If your order was placed via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail, please expect transit times of this length.
If your shipment tracking shows as “In-Transit”, rest assured that your order has left our facility and is with USPS. We encourage you to contact the USPS for any additional inquiries regarding your order and its delivery. If you need additional assistance please reach out to our customer service and we will see how best we can help.
If your tracking shows as “Delivered” and you have not received your order, please confirm this discrepancy with the carrier first. If this does not resolve the issue, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for additional help.

Standard Shipping Timeline
Orders received by 10:00 am PST will ship same day, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 10:00 am PST will ship the next day. Holidays*, Saturday and Sunday shipping are not available. You should receive an order confirmation shortly after checking out, and a shipping confirmation when the tracking code has been generated.

If you'd like to modify or cancel your order and it has not already shipped out, please call our office and we'll gladly assist you. If your item has already shipped, a return authorization will need to be created - please see our returns and exchanges page.
